Led the data investigation and insights generation that informed the design of the recommendation feature for the GCFGlobal LMS. Conducted large-scale learner analytics, identified key patterns in limited-data scenarios, and translated findings into actionable design requirements for the recommender system.
I led the end-to-end data investigation that informed the design of a new LMS feature for GCFGlobal. I analyzed large-scale learner behavior, identified patterns in low-data environments, and transformed these insights into actionable design requirements for a blind recommendation system. This work resulted in a peer-reviewed publication presented at AIED 2023 (Industrial Track).
