Let’s Play Stop! – CES 2012 Award Submission
Learning Experience Director & Educational Game Architect
Directed the pedagogical model, UX architecture, and game mechanics behind this award-winning vocabulary learning game recognized at CES 2012. Oversaw instructional design, content models, player engagement loops, and educational outcomes.
Let’s Play Stop! is an award-winning English learning game inspired by the traditional Latin American game “Stop.” I designed the learning experience, game flow, categories, scoring logic, and educational mechanics to support vocabulary acquisition in a fun, social, and fast-paced format.
The game automatically generates random letters and challenges players to submit English words in multiple categories (e.g., fruits, colors, cities, animals). A real-time system validates responses, displays live results, and updates scores across all connected devices—including Smart TV, Android devices, and web clients.
